How to Create Internal Documentation
Sensitive documentation security should be your top priority. Restricting access to the WordPress knowledge base will reduce the risk of unwanted eyes on your internal documentation. To prioritize user privacy, EazyDocs offers built-in options for redirecting unauthorized visitors, either to the login page or another preferred destination.
With EazyDocs, users don’t have to create separate documentation for internal documents. Users can switch privacy options for individual documentation sections from public view to logged-in users only.
Creating Internal Documentation

From the [direction] WordPress Dashboard > EazyDocs Dashboard, [/direction] select the documentation you want to switch to an internal doc setting. Right next to the doc title, click on the arrow icon and click on the Visibility option.

A prompt screen ‘Visibility Options’ will show up; just select the Private option and click Update. That’s it; your documentation is now internalized.
Create an Internal Documentation Section

Individual documentation sections can be internalized as well. To internalize any documentation section, hover over the Visibility option icon shown next to the section title.
Clicking the Visibility option’s icon will show ‘Visibility Options’; just select the Private option and click Update.
Redirecting Unauthozied Visitors

With EazyDocs, users can restrict access to the WordPress knowledge base to unauthorized visitors. To do so, navigate to [direction] WP Dashboard > EazyDocs > Settings > Private Doc [/direction]. In this section, users have the option to redirect visitors to different pages based on their preferences.
